In 2025, Latinos In Transit (LIT) achieved a year of
transformational growth, expanded national
presence, and delivered high-impact workforce
development programming across the public
transportation industry. Marked by a bold
organizational rebrand, a refreshed Strategic Plan,
and a record 20,560 individuals served, LIT
strengthened its role as the leading national
organization advancing transit industry leadership,
equity, and opportunity within transit.
With a growing membership base of 604 paid
members and 196 pending renewals, renewed
partnerships, and expanded training offerings, LIT
continues to drive meaningful career mobility and
workforce advancement for industry professionals
nationwide.
