It is my great pleasure to welcome you to
the 2025 Leadership Summit. This gathering
brings together a community of transit
leaders who share a commitment to
shaping the future of our industry and
strengthening the communities we serve.
On behalf of LIT, it is my honor to welcome you to the
2025 Leadership Summit in beautiful Albuquerque, New
Mexico! This year is especially meaningful as we
celebrate our 10-year anniversary—a decade of growth,
transformation, and impact. What began as a small
gathering of passionate transit professionals has evolved
into LIT, a national network driving change and creating
opportunities across our industry.
This summit is more than a meeting, it is a
platform to inspire collaboration, cultivate
leadership, and reinforce our shared vision
for progress. I encourage you to take full
advantage of the sessions, build
connections, have fun, and leave with
renewed energy to lead with purpose.
