Requirements.
Complete Program Registration
Participants must complete the full registration process to enroll in the LIT
Small Business Academy. Registration must be submitted prior to the
program start date.
Participation in All Sessions
Participants are expected to attend all six scheduled virtual sessions. Each
session is interactive and includes a live Q&A. Attendance is essential for
understanding the content and progressing through the program.
Active Engagement
Active participation is required throughout the Academy, including
contributing to discussions, completing session-related assignments, and
utilizing available resources.
Session Make-Up Policy
If a participant must miss a session, advance notice is required. Recordings
and presentation materials may be available, but participants must complete
any make-up requirements.
Certificate of Completion
To receive the LIT Small Business Academy Certificate of Completion,
participants must attend all sessions, actively engage with course material,
and fulfill any feedback requests from the program organizers.
These requirements are in place to ensure that participants receive the full
value of the Academy and are equipped to apply their knowledge to realworld business growth within the transit industry.
