Program Committees may not independently design or recommend
additional programs, pilot projects, or initiatives.
7. Ad Hoc Committees
Ad Hoc Committees may be created by the Board President or
Executive Director to address temporary needs or urgent
organizational matters.
Rules for Ad Hoc Committees:
They must be chaired by a board member.
Membership may include board members and/or active members
depending on the topic.
Work must be submitted to the Executive Director for approval.
The committee dissolves once its assigned task is complete.
