Program Requirements for the LIT Leadership Academy in 2026:
At LIT, we are committed to fostering leadership and excellence in the transportation
industry. To achieve this, we encourage LITLA participants to seek sponsorship from their
employers. Employer sponsorship is vital in providing the necessary resources and support
for candidates to engage fully in the LITLA program. By doing so, participants can take
advantage of the opportunities and benefits critical to their success in the program.
Employer Sponsorship: Employers are encouraged to sponsor their employees
participating in the LITLA program. This sponsorship should include both financial support
and the allocation of time for candidates to participate in various program-related events
and activities.
LIT Diamanté, Oro, and Plata Corporate Member Costs: For Diamante, Oro, and Plata
Corporate Members, LIT offers complimentary tuition for a specified number of
participants as part of your membership benefits. However, it's important to note that the
complimentary tuition does not cover the registration fee for the 2026 Leadership Summit.
As a benefit to these corporate members, a discounted rate of $350 for summit registration
will be provided to all complimentary LITLA participants.
All Other Participants: For participants who do not fall under the Diamanté, Oro, or Plata
Corporate Membership category, the following tuition information applies:
The tuition fee for the 2026 LITLA program is $700
This tuition fee includes free registration for the 2026 Leadership Summit in Columbus,
Ohio, where participants will showcase their capstone projects and further their
professional development.
Please be aware that the tuition fee does not cover travel expenses to the summit. This
includes costs associated with transportation, hotel accommodations, per diem, and other
related expenses. It is the responsibility of the participants or their sponsoring
organizations to cover these additional expenses.
We believe that employer sponsorship is a key enabler for individuals to benefit from the
LITLA program and achieve their professional development goals. We encourage all
interested participants to seek this support to make the most of their LITLA experience.
