Is leadership an innate trait, or can it be learned? I believe it is both. This session explores
how natural strengths and learned skills work together to shape effective leadership. The
session covers key toolkit elements such as, but not limited to, communication, emotional
intelligence, active listening, integrity, and the ability to motivate others. Participants will
leave with a clearer understanding of how to combine these elements to build their own
personalized leadership toolkit.
