Project Title: Modernizing an Agency: Developing Procedures and Policies
Our team will examine how outdated or inconsistent procedures and policies impact operational
efficiency, communication, and customer experience within a transit agency. We will identify key
gaps in current practices and analyze how these challenges affect both frontline employees and
leadership decision-making. Using industry best practices and real-world insights, we will
develop clear, standardized procedures and policy recommendations designed to improve
consistency and accountability. Additionally, we will present a realistic implementation
approach that emphasizes leadership alignment, training, and sustainable change. Through our
final deliverables, we aim to showcase how intentional policy and process improvements can
transform agency performance and elevate service delivery.
