Program Track: The Making of an Executive
Project Title: Leadership in Transit Crisis Management
Our team, La Via, will show you the way around handling crisis management from the top down
as a leader in transit. The goal will be to analyze the different crisis facing transit today, exam
how they are being handled and determine a path for transit to continue to thrive and meet the
needs of its users. Our research and analysis will identify some of the biggest issues facing the
industry and find ways that transit leadership at the executive and senior level can engage the
public to utilize transit, energize their employees to deliver quality service and empower federal,
state and local official to support initiatives that make transit better now and into the future.
