Leadership Luncheon, Pheoris West Room, Tower 402, Third Level
A celebration of leadership and legacy in the transit industry, honoring those who
have shaped the field and the next generation rising to meet it. Guests will hear a
keynote from Diana Mendes, HNTB's Corporate President for Infrastructure and
Mobility Equity, whose decades of work in transportation planning and equity have
earned national recognition. The program continues with reflections from LITLA
leadership and remarks from current Academy participants sharing their journeys
into new careers, middle management, and executive leadership in transit. The
luncheon closes with the passing of the baton to the host city for Leadership Summit
2027, marking a moment of continuity and shared purpose across the LIT community.
