About the LIT Leadership Summit
The LIT Leadership Summit is a national gathering of leaders and professionals
from across the public transportation industry, focused on leadership, workforce
development, and career growth. Hosted in partnership with the Central Ohio
Transit Authority (COTA), the 2026 Summit will take place September 10–13,
2026, in Columbus, Ohio.
The Summit brings together emerging leaders, senior executives, workforce
development professionals, educators, small business owners, students, and
agency partners for skill-building, thought leadership, and meaningful
networking. The 2026 Summit marks a historic milestone as Latinos In Transit
(LIT) celebrates its 10th anniversary, culminating a yearlong celebration of
growth, expanded programming, and impact on career mobility in transit.
