Session 11 Goal: Help participants develop effective strategies for
self-care, stress management, and maintaining a healthy work-life
balance, enabling them to sustain personal well-being while
advancing their career
Activity: Facilitator and participants discuss the importance of self-care, stress
management, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance. The facilitator shares
strategies they use and recommends resources or workshops.
Outcome: Participants learn practical ways to manage stress and maintain
balance while advancing their career.

Reflect on current stressors, self-care
practices, and challenges in balancing
work and personal life. Fill out and
submit this checklist.
Prepare a list of questions or areas
where advice is needed regarding selfcare and work-life balance. Use this
template for guidance.
Commit to trying at least one
recommended strategy or resource
shared by the facilitator.
