The LIT Navigate Mentorship Program is a 6-month initiative
designed to empower and equip emerging leaders in the transit
industry through intentional development and meaningful
community connection.
Aligned with LIT’s mission to support professionals in public
transportation in achieving leadership roles, the program advances
opportunities for workforce development, mentorship, networking,
and education. LIT Navigate Mentorship Program offers a
structured experience that centers your voice, nurtures your
growth, and guides you along your unique leadership journey.
This program is offered at no cost to active LIT members.
