SESSION 3 | PROFESSIONALISM
Session 3 Goal: Facilitator and participants address work-related
challenges and assess skills, creating a development plan with
targeted training, certifications, or projects to support career
growth.
Activity: Facilitator and participants discuss professionalism in addressing
work-related challenges, such as difficulties with supervisors or career
advancement, while assessing the participant’s skillset against their career
goals. Together, they create a skill development plan that includes targeted
training, certifications, or projects to support growth.
Outcome: Participants identifies key skills to develop and a clear plan to
achieve them.

Create a list of three growth initiatives
(training programs, certifications, or
projects) that you would recommend to
align with the participant’s goals.
Guide the participant in finding various
ways to handle the scenario.
Share the list of growth initiatives.
Identify key skills required for their
career trajectory.
