CONCLUSION
The 2026–2028 Strategic Plan is a forward-looking response to the needs of LIT’s
members, partners, and the evolving transit workforce. Built on lessons learned,
stakeholder input, and future-oriented initiatives, it equips LIT to expand its
reach while strengthening its core. By investing in infrastructure, community
education, and sustainable programming, LIT is positioned to remain a vital
partner to the transit industry for years to come.
