Expand the LIT Leadership Academy and Small Business Academy.

Track CEUs and offer digital certificates for all sessions.
Mentorship & Career Pathways
Goal: Strengthen career mobility through structured mentorship and
leadership guidance.
Key Actions:
Launch a 12-month rolling mentorship program starting in 2026.
Introduce an Interview Preparation Mentorship Track.
Track mentee advancement and publish an annual impact report.
Host 3 annual "Career Readiness" workshops.
