Goal: Maximize impact through operational committee leadership and
external partnerships.
Key Actions:
Empower active committees with clear workplans and deliverables.
Formalize 5 MOUs per year with agencies, universities, and industry
allies.
Launch an annual Partner Impact Brief to track joint results.
Community Education & Scholarship Advancement
Goal: Broaden LIT’s reach through K–12 engagement and sustained
scholarship support.
Key Actions:
Launch K–12 Transit Awareness Initiatives at 5+ schools, including
curriculum.
Create resources for school districts for youth career exploration in
transportation.
Continue LIT scholarships for emerging
professionals with a goal of year-over-year increase in funds disbursed.
Develop a sustainable scholarship fund with
annual donor campaigns and sponsorship asks.
Seek long-term funding from foundations and public
sector sources.
