4. DELIVERY OPTIONS
Programming may be delivered:
At the 2026 Leadership Summit hosted by COTA in Columbus,
Ohio
Through LIT regional in-person sessions
As hybrid or virtual sessions
As micro-learning or self-paced online modules
LIT strongly encourages proposals for Summit matchmaking events
with primes and agencies.
5. SUBMISSION DEADLINE
February 15, 2026
6. EVALUATION CRITERIA
Submissions will be evaluated based on:
Alignment with identified small business needs
Presenter expertise
Feasibility and clarity
Value to small businesses seeking transit work
Cost-effectiveness and accessibility
Ability to deliver practical, actionable content
Selections will be announced March 2026.
