2. PANEL DISCUSSION REQUIREMENTS
If proposing a panel discussion, submissions must include:
Panel Title
Moderator Name + Bio + CV + Headshot
Panelist Names + Bios + CVs + Headshots (We recommend 2-3
panelists in addition to the moderator)
Summary of how panelists’ expertise enriches the discussion topic
Incomplete panel submissions cannot be considered.
Proposers should note that Latinos In Transit (LIT) retains final
approval over all session topics, formats, and speakers to ensure
alignment with the program’s mission, values, and learning objectives.
Sponsorship opportunities may be incorporated into the program at
LIT’s discretion. LIT also reserves the right to assign or align sponsors to
specific panels or sessions as appropriate. Any sponsorship-related
recognition will be managed by LIT and communicated in advance to
relevant participants.
